With the latest evolution of Smile x Gatsby, you can now reward real, verified social actions right on Instagram. When your customers follow you, mention your brand, or send a DM, you can say "thank you" with loyalty points—turning everyday social interactions into deeper brand relationships.
Loyalty doesn’t just happen at checkout. It happens when a customer tags your product in a story, follows your latest launch, or shares your brand with their community.
Now, with Smile and Gatsby, you can recognize and reward those moments of advocacy in real time. It’s more than just points—it’s about celebrating your biggest fans and building connections that last beyond the sale.
If you're new to Gatsby, it's simple to get started. Just create a Gatsby account, then follow Gatsby's setup guide to configure social action rewards.
If you already have the Gatsby integration set up, you can start using the new options to reward Instagram actions right away by selecting "Add ways to earn" in your program settings.
These features are available on Smile paid plans and require the Gatsby Standard plan.
